Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Private beta. AdLumbra is not yet a generally available commercial product. These terms cover your use of the beta and will be superseded by a full agreement at general availability.

1. What AdLumbra is, and who operates it

AdLumbra is a tool that surfaces publicly available advertising data from Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Center, ranks it by a persistence signal, and scores user-submitted ad copy against that data. AdLumbra is a product of, and is solely owned and operated by, Cantueso Corp, a corporate entity. All rights, obligations, and liability under these terms belong to Cantueso Corp as a company — not to any individual officer, employee, contractor, or founder of Cantueso Corp personally. Any reference to "we," "us," or "AdLumbra" in these terms means Cantueso Corp.

2. Accounts and access

Access during the private beta is by invitation. We may suspend or revoke access at any time during the beta without notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AdLumbra to scrape, resell, or redistribute the underlying ad data at scale outside the product, or to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to submit for scoring.

4. Your submitted creative (copy, images, video)

You own whatever ad copy, image, or video you upload to be scored. By submitting it, you grant Cantueso Corp a limited license to process, store, and display it back to you solely to generate and show you the score, breakdown, and report — nothing more. We don't license it onward, sell it, or use it to train any model. You confirm you have the rights (or your client's/employer's authorization) to submit whatever you upload, including any brand, talent, or licensed-asset elements it contains.

You can request deletion of any creative you've submitted, and its associated score/report, at any time by emailing hello@adlumbra.com — see also our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

5. Data sources

Ad data shown in AdLumbra originates from Meta's and Google's own public ad transparency tools. AdLumbra does not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of that third-party data, and links to the original ad wherever possible so you can verify it yourself.

6. No warranty

AdLumbra is provided "as is" during the beta. Scores, predictions, and suggestions are directional, not guarantees of ad performance. Legal/compliance flags are a starting point for your own review, not legal advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cantueso Corp is not liable for decisions made based on AdLumbra's output, including advertising spend, compliance decisions, or creative changes. This limitation, and every other protection in these terms, extends equally to Cantueso Corp's officers, employees, and contractors in their individual capacity — you agree to look only to Cantueso Corp, the company, for any claim arising from your use of AdLumbra, not to any individual behind it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product moves out of beta. Material changes will be communicated to active users.
