Watchlist inputs you enter (industry, brand, competitor names), and whatever creative you submit for scoring — ad copy, and/or an uploaded image or video file. We also collect basic usage data (which features you use, error logs if something breaks). We don't collect payment information during the beta — there is no billing yet.
| Purpose | Processor |
|---|---|
| Watchlist and ad data storage | Airtable |
| Pulling public ad data from Meta & Google | A third-party data-collection service |
| Scoring the copy, image, or video you submit | A third-party AI service provider, used only to generate the analysis you see — not for advertising or training on your data |
| Uploaded images/video, while a score is generated | Held temporarily on our own server (Hostinger) to run the analysis, then discarded — not archived as a media library |
| Failure/error logs when something in the app breaks | Airtable, visible only to the Cantueso Corp team so we can fix it |
We don't sell your watchlist data or submitted creative (copy, images, or video) to third parties. We don't use anything you submit to train any model we operate. We don't keep your uploaded images/video as a permanent library — they're processed for scoring and then discarded from our server; the score/report itself (text, not the original file) is what's retained so you can look it back up.
Ads shown in your feed come from Meta's and Google's own public ad transparency tools. That data is public by design (that's the whole point of those tools) — AdLumbra surfaces it, ranked, and links back to the original source.
You can ask us to delete your watchlist data, or any creative (copy/image/video) you've submitted and its report, at any time by emailing hello@adlumbra.com.
